Proud to Be Part of Our Community

Good Friday is always an important day  , and once again, we were proud to be part of it.

On April 3, 2026, Reddy Roasts joined the Make Them Shine event at the Kids Day Out, supporting the Good Friday Appeal and everything it stands for.

It’s something we look forward to every year.

A Great Day for Families

This year’s Kids Day Out was full of activity from the moment doors opened. Families came through to enjoy rides, entertainment, games, and all the different attractions set up across the venue.

It’s the kind of day where kids can just be kids and parents can enjoy seeing them have a great time.

At the same time, the day supports something much bigger,  raising funds for The Royal Children’s Hospital and helping children who need it most.

Bringing Something Extra

This year, we brought along something a little different.

One of our Reddy Roasts classic cars came with us for the day, and it quickly became a great talking point. Families stopped by, had a look, and added a bit of extra fun alongside everything else happening at the event.

It’s always good to bring something unique and be part of the atmosphere in our own way.

Why We Get Involved

For us, being part of Make Them Shine is simple.

We’re a local business, and we believe in supporting the community we’re part of. The Good Friday Appeal has been doing incredible work for years, and events like this help make a real difference.

A Day That Means Something

There’s always a good feeling at events like this.

You’ve got families enjoying the day, volunteers putting in the effort, and everyone coming together for the same cause. It’s positive, it’s genuine, and it reminds you how strong the community really is.

For those planning events of their own, our catering services
are built around the same idea , good food that brings people together, without the stress.

Looking Ahead

We’re grateful to have been part of Make Them Shine again in 2026.

Thanks to everyone who came along, supported the event, and helped make the day what it was.

We’ll be back again next year.
