Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of Reddy Roasts (Aust) Pty Ltd (“Reddy Roasts,” “we,” “us,” “our”). 3. Delivery Policy 

We take the utmost care in delivering your orders. Please ensure that the address you provide is accurate, as redelivery may incur a fee. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or timing. 

Standard delivery time is approximately 45 minutes. This timeframe may vary based on factors such as order volume, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

Each Reddy Roasts store has a designated delivery area. Delivery outside these areas is subject to store discretion. Online ordering and delivery are subject to store trading hours, which may change. This includes order processing time. 

4. Refund Policy 

We do not take responsibility for any loss or deterioration of items after delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. If a product is out of stock, the store will contact you to discuss replacement or deduction from your order. 

Refund requests due to non or incorrect supply or other valid reasons must be made directly to the supplying Reddy Roasts store during business hours within 24 hours of the initial order. The refund amount will be limited to the purchase price of the item/s in the initial order. 

5. Franchisees 

In the case of a franchised restaurant, we act as an agent for the franchisee. We process your order and payment on their behalf. The franchisee is responsible for providing the Ordered Products. We do not assume liability and make no warranties regarding the goods or services provided by the franchisee. 

6. Disclaimers 

While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product names, descriptions, prices, nutritional information, and allergenic warnings on the Online Ordering Service are error-free or complete. It is your responsibility to verify product details with your chosen Reddy Roasts store before placing an order. 

We exclude liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of our Website, Online Ordering service, or consumption of Ordered Products, except in cases of our willful acts or omissions. 

We make efforts to ensure accurate information on our Site but cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. We may change the material, Service, products, and prices described on our Site at any time without notice. By continuing to use our Site and Services, you acknowledge acceptance of these changes. 7. Online Ordering Terms 

Our Online Ordering Terms apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude, qualify, or limit your statutory rights or remedies. 

When using our online ordering system, you acknowledge that:

You contract with the specific store from which you order, not Reddy Roasts (Aust) Pty Ltd. 

You indemnify Reddy Roasts (Aust) Pty Ltd from claims, losses, judgment, liability, and damage related to online ordering system failures.

We accept online payment through secure credit card transactions during checkout. Transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD) and accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit card details are handled by a third-party payment gateway (Stripe Payments Australia Pty. Ltd.), and we do not store your actual card details.

Our e-commerce site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption to protect payment information. While we take steps to protect your information, data transmission over the internet is not entirely secure. We are not liable for events resulting from unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reddy Roasts concerning the website. If any provision is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. No waiver of any term constitutes a waiver of any other term.
